Join Elle who brings 17yrs of yoga teaching experience and practical sound healing knowledge for this special 3hr workshop learning how to play, use and benefit from crystal singing bowls for yourself, friends, family and clients.

You will learn how to use bowls in your yoga classes, at home and in a healing environment. We will cover aromatherapy, hertz frequencies, crystal healing, musical notes & toning plus pranayama (breathing techniques).

You don’t need to have any yoga or music experience to participate in this workshop.

$259 with bowl/$149 without bowl but option to buy bowls and sets on the day.

In a group class environment, it can be daunting to ask questions. It can be equally as hard for teachers to get ALL the info delivered to you within time constraints.... the good news is that in this workshop, that doesn't matter.

Explore the different spinal positions, the keys for correct muscle activation, how to know if you've 'got it,' the importance of your breath and concentration, who is behind this impressive and sometimes underrated methodology, and perhaps most importantly, the WHY he created it at all.

In an hour and a half, you'll feel the big difference that just a few small tweaks can make to your practice AND you'll be able to easily apply them in any Mat or Reformer Pilates class.
