This training is for Yoga teachers who are wanting to up-level their skills or students who have a love for the practice and a desire to learn more.
In this unique offering you will collect an extensive range of skills in recovery techniques, to best serve your students in styles and classes that nourish them:
YIN YOGA: The principles and practice, cueing + alignment of Yin poses; modification, sequencing and the theory of Yin alignment.
YIN YOGA THEORY: An understanding of Yin Yoga, effects of Yin Yoga on the brain, nervous system, physical, emotional and energetic bodies.
NERVOUS SYTEM THEROY: Knowledge of the science of the Nervous System, and an understanding of the stress and relaxation response of the body - taught by Dr Courtney Cox.
TRADTITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE THEORY: Knowledge of the Traditional Chinese Meridian theory and the opportunity to learn meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, Leanne Gerich.
