PASSES
Passes will activate upon your first visit, NOT the date of sale. This ensures the maximum time applicable under the pass expiry period. Please try to book your classes chronologically.
A casual visit is valid for one class only and will expire immediately after use; a 5-class pass will expire three (3) months after the first use of the pass; a 10-class pass will expire six (6) months after the first use of the pass.
All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods and/or services.
Welcome Trials are a one-time offer to all new clients only. One Welcome Trial Mat and one Welcome Trial Reformer per person.

MEMBERSHIPS
Antara Studios memberships are rolling (on-going) in nature with a minimum commitment period of six (6) weeks (three (3) fortnightly debits).
After the minimum commitment period, your account will continue to be debited on the same fortnightly basis indefinitely, unless we are otherwise advised in writing with two weeks’ notice to hello@antarastudios.com.au
MAT MEMBERSHIP: unlimited Mat classes only – yoga, mat pilates, meditation, barre.
REFORMER MEMBERSHIP: unlimited Reformer Pilates classes only
SAVANTARA MEMBERSHIP: unlimited Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.
CLASS BOOKINGS: PLEASE REFER TO OUR BOOKING PROCESS ON THE TIMETABLE PAGE.
Bookings for mat classes are currently not required but ARE RECOMMENDED. Please check in with reception before your class begins.
We recommend arriving up to 15 minutes early as all Mat classes will be filled on a ‘first-in, first-placed’ basis, and will not exceed the maximum number of available places under any circumstances.
Bookings for Reformer Pilates is ESSENTIAL due to the limited spaces available. Bookings can be made by logging into your Wellness Living account online or via the Wellness Living Achieve app. Specific Reformer beds are unable to be reserved.
We are unable to accept class bookings via email, phone or direct message on social media platforms.
CLASS BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling your mat class booking is not required but is RECOMMENDED so that we know whether or not to expect you. There is no penalty for cancelling or no-showing to your booked mat class.
Cancelling your Reformer Pilates booking is ESSENTIAL. Our cancellation policy is five (5) hours: cancellation five (5) hours or more before class begins will return your pass to your profile to book another session; cancellation within five (5) hours of class beginning results in a forfeit of your pass.
You can manage your class cancellations via your Wellness Living Achieve app, or logging in online, OR by clicking the red ‘cancel’ button in your booking confirmation email (please check your junk folders in case the email is in there).
MEMBERSHIP HOLD/SUSPENSION
All membership holders are welcome to hold/suspend their membership for holiday, travel, serious illness/injury or compassionate grounds after the minimum commitment period is served. You may hold/suspend your membership up to two (2) times per calendar year and the maximum suspension period shall not exceed six (6) months. Two weeks’ notice in writing prior to the hold/suspension date is required – email your request to hello@antarastudios.com.au.
Should you find yourself outside of these parameters due to circumstance, please email us to discuss your options. We want to support you as best we can.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Two weeks’ notice in writing is required to cancel your membership after your minimum commitment period is complete. Please email hello@antarastudios.com.au with your cancellation request. No administration fees apply.
Memberships CANNOT be cancelled online or via our app.

Keen to join us but have to break a commitment elsewhere? We know that juggling memberships and finances can be tight, and we’d like to help. REACH OUT! We have options available in-house that mean you can be a part of our family sooner, with less expense to you.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
To love ALL of this incredible community is to also respect that our space is also a place of solace, a safe haven, and a sanctuary where you can escape the pressures and callings of your day.
Please remember when you arrive in our studio spaces:
Arrive 10-15mins early, to allow yourself to settle
ALL shoes remain in our foyer
Keep your voices low
Mobile phones MUST BE SWITCHED OFF and kept in lockers.
Resist the temptation of smart watches, and consider removing them for class.
Any props/equipment used during class MUST be cleaned with the antibacterial wipes at the studio and put away NEATLY, right where you found them.
LATE ARRIVAL & EARLY DEPARTURE
Please arrive up to 15 minutes early to check in at reception. Doors are locked 5 minutes into EVERY class.
We strongly encourage (and prefer) that you stay until the very end of your class – this is the best bit! Leaving early can also be very disruptive to others in the room. Should you need to leave early please alert your teacher BEFORE CLASS and place yourself near the door so as to not to disturb other students.
