Passes

Memberships

All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
Passes purchased online will activate upon your first visit. A casual visit is valid for one class only and will expire immediately after use; a 5 class pass will expire three (3) months after the first use of the pass; a 10 class pass will expire six (6) months after the first use of the pass.

Welcome Trials are a one-time offer to all new clients only. One Welcome Trial Mat and one Welcome Trial Reformer per person.  

Welcome Trials are NOT refundable, transferrable, extendable or able to be used for any other goods and/or services.  

Antara Studios memberships are rolling (on-going) in nature after a minimum commitment of six weeks (3 fortnightly debits). After the minimum commitment, your account will continue to be debited on the same fortnightly basis indefinitely, unless we are otherwise notified. 
 MAT MEMBERSHIP: covers you for unlimited Mat classes only.
 REFORMER MEMBERSHIP: covers you for unlimited BOOKED Reformer Pilates classes only
 SAVANTARA MEMBERSHIP: covers you for unlimited Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.

Cancellations

Two weeks’ notice in writing is required to cancel after your minimum commitment period is complete. Please email hello@antarastudios.com.au with your cancellation request.  No administration fees apply.

Suspensions

ALL membership holders are welcome to suspend for holiday, travel, serious illness/injury or compassionate grounds after the minimum commitment period is served. You may suspend your membership up to tow (2) times per calendar year and the maximum suspension period shall not exceed six (6) months. Two weeks notice in writing prior to the suspension date is required.

Foundation Memberships

FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIPS are LIMITED and offered at the discretion of Antara Studios as a one-time only option, guaranteeing the same membership rate for a period of three years. Should you cancel a Foundation membership and wish to re-join us later, we welcome you back at the current STANDARD membership rate at that time.*New Foundation Memberships are unavailable. 

Breaking another membership?

Keen to join us but have to break a commitment elsewhere? We know that juggling memberships and finances can be tight, and we’d like to help. REACH OUT! We have options available in-house that mean you can be a part of our family sooner, with less expense to you.

Bookings

You do not need to book your place for our mat classes – simply arrive at our studio and check in with reception before your class begins. We recommend arriving up to 15 minutes early. All Mat classes will be filled on a ‘first-in, first-placed’ basis and will not exceed the maximum number of places under any circumstances. Numbers for mat classes are predetermined by floor space per studio and account for the comfort and safety of all clients.

Due to limited spaces being available in Reformer classes, BOOKING IS REQUIRED. You can do this in advance by logging into your Wellness Living account online or via the Wellness Living Achieve app. Bookings and cancellations will not be accepted via email, phone or direct message on social media platforms. 

Studio Etiquette

Please sanitise your hands upon entering our studios – sanitiser will be available for you to use.

Lockable lockers are available for you to store your personal items for the duration of your class. Mobile phones are NOT permitted in the studio spaces and are required to be left in the lockers on silent.

We encourage you to bring your own mat and props (if you own them). Our limited studio mats and props are available for you to use but MUST be cleaned afterwards with the antibacterial products supplied: should you use a studio bolster or blanket please bring a towel to cover them up before you use them. Any props with a non-absorbent surface (yoga blocks, balls, hand weights etc) MUST be wiped over with the provided anti-bacterial wipes after every class. Other miscellaneous props will be thoroughly cleaned by our staff after each use.

Our policy around the number of students per room in our building takes into account the safety and comfort of all of our clients and will not be exceeded in any circumstance. Please roll your mat backwards from the mat markings on the floor.

Late arrivals & early departures

Please arrive up to 15 minutes early to check in at reception. Doors will be locked 5 minutes into class. 
We strongly encourage (and prefer) that you stay until the very end of your class - this is, after all, the BEST bit! However, we do understand that life happens outside of our studio doors. Should you need to leave early please alert your teacher BEFORE CLASS and make sure your mat is at the back of the studio in order to not to disturb other students.

Reformer Pilates Bookings only

Bookings will only be accepted upon pre-payment for your class (in the form of a valid class pass or active membership). 
Available spaces in our Reformer Pilates classes are limited. Please understand that by failing to attend or cancel your class you may be preventing another person from attending.
If you do find yourself in exceptional circumstances, please email us and we will accommodate you as best as we can.

Cancellations:  
- must be made FIVE (5) hours before the start of class to retain your pass. Failure to cancel before this window will result in a forfeit of your class pass.

No-Shows:
- failure to arrive to your booking or cancel your booking within the specified timeframes will result in forfeiture of your class pass, OR, in the event of paying with membership, attracting a $15 no-show fee.

Waitlist:
- should a class be at capacity, you may choose to add your name to the class waitlist. If you are on waitlist, you acknowledge that you are waiting for an available spot to open up in that class and that you may be bumped into that class up to ONE HOUR before the class begins. If this is not enough notice, please remove your booking so as to avoid attracting a no-show fee or forfeiting a pass.
- when a space becomes available, you will be asked to confirm your spot via email notification and required to accept within the hour.
- if a space becomes available within an hour of the class starting, our instructors may contact you directly to offer you the spot.


LATE CANCEL/NO-SHOW FEES DO NOT APPLY TO MAT CLASSES.

Online and direct debits payments

Whether you are paying for a pass online or have a direct debit in place for membership, PLEASE ensure that you have available funds in your nominated account/credit card to process your payment.
A DISHONOUR FEE of $11 applies to every transaction that cannot be completed due to insufficient funds. Like most studios/gyms, our online payments are managed by a secure third party payments processor. Antara Studios does not charge or receive these dishonour fees and as such, will not refund dishonour charges that result from insufficient funds.
If you do have a payments dispute, please email us with the details and we will work with you to have it investigated.
