Start the new year with clarity and confidence - join us for a yoga and journaling workshop designed to help you reflect, release, and set meaningful intentions.
This two hour session begins with an introduction to journaling, with an explanation about it's inherent power in achieving your goals - followed by Yin Yoga to help you connect to meaningful intentions.
Flow through a creative yoga practice to really ignite that fire, before settling into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra practice. There will be plenty of time throughout for journaling to record ideas, map out inspirations and explore your goals and intentions in depth.
With January behind us, it's time to stop spinning our wheels and start paving the way forward!
