Mates on Mats – A Mindful Movement Marathon for Mental Health

Time: 24 Hours of Yoga Fun!
Location: Downlands College, Toowoomba

Join us for an incredible 24-hour yoga marathon to support Momentum Mental Health, a local Toowoomba charity dedicated to enhancing mental health and wellbeing. Whether you're a yoga enthusiast or just looking to support a great cause, this event is for you!

Event Highlights:
Flexible Participation: Register individually or as a team and choose to participate for 1 hour, 2 hours, or the full 24 hours.
Fun & Themed Hours: Enjoy themed yoga sessions, exciting giveaways, and surprise activities throughout the event!
Facilities & Refreshments: Benefit from comprehensive facilities including outdoor and indoor spaces, toilets, change rooms, and on-site parking. Refreshments include a BBQ breakfast and coffees on the morning of October 27th.
Goodie Bags: Each participant will receive a special goodie bag to enjoy.
What to Bring: Pack your own dinner and snacks or purchase them nearby.
Expert Coaching: Receive guidance from Antara Studios instructors who will be with you throughout the 24 hours.
